About Your Stay

The apartment is located in a unique residential neighborhood in the heart of the City. Piazza San Marco is a 7-minute public boat ride (vaporetto) away or a scenic 25-minute walk along the Grand Canal.

Public boat transportation to everywhere in Venice and to the Island of Murano is a one-bridge, short walk away.

The neighborhood is home to one of the last, great market streets in Venice and is located in the heart of Arsenale and Biennale.

I have been walking the City with Americans for 25 years and I am always available to help you with information about itinerary planning, dining highlights, photography ‘secrets’, cultural insights, special events and venues not to miss and stories and background regarding life in Venice.

No smoking please…and just slippers around the house.

A cell phone that will really work in Italy is very helpful and should be set up while still in the States. Likewise, arrangements should be made with your bank while you are still home to guarantee that your credit and debit cards can be used in your destination cities.

I accept only Euro…no credit cards.

THE COST: 150 EURO EACH NIGHT FOR THE FIRST TWO NIGHTS AND THEREAFTER 135 EURO EACH NIGHT.

You will have your own keys and maps: slippers, basic toiletries, breakfast and aperitivi, fresh fruit and filtered water are included.

NOTE: The entire apartment is available as a private monthly rental: June,  July, August, 2016.
